Cart Attendant

 

Bahle Farms is looking for a friendly and attentive cart attendant. This position is responsible for greeting guests, carrying clubs to clean cart and assisting golfers with their pre-round needs. The attendant is then responsible for greeting golfers as they finish their round, clean guests’ clubs and clean their cart to return into rotation.

The cart attendant role will begin in May with training starting in April and runs through October 31st. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet golfers at the bag drop and welcome warmly to the facility
  • Load player’s clubs on clean and fully equipped golf cart
  • Direct players to check-in and practice facilities
  • Clean golf carts upon completed rounds, return fully equipped to rotation
  • Provide welcoming chatter, history of golf course, what to expect, etc.
  • Empty all returnable cans/bottles and place in proper location
  • Any other duties as assigned by outdoor lead 

Work Hours and Benefits: 

Shifts are approximately 7-8 hours with some weekends and holidays required. The shifts follow an Opening shift, Mid-Day and Closing Shift framework. All employees receive complimentary golf and 50% off food items.

We are currently seeking applicants who are available weekends especially.

  • Excellent customer service
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and ability to multitask
  • Able to adhere to the instructions of the manager and be a team player
  • Time management: the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Respect for the golf course and golfers present
  • Must be willing to work outside

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Walking and standing for long periods of time may be encountered in this position.

Experience/Education: 

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred. Prior golf knowledge is preferred.
