Bartender
Bahle Farms is looking for a friendly, attentive and personable bartender to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent service to golfers and guests, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who visits the clubhouse.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet golfers and guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders and process transactions through the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware and other supplies as needed
- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management
- Ensure proper identification and responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining and bar area
- Provide guests with information about the golf course, clubhouse, events and offerings
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the bar area
- Work closely with front desk and golf staff to provide a smooth guest experience
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Work Hours and Benefits:
Shifts are approximately 7-8 hours with some weekends and holidays required. The shifts follow an Opening and Closing Shift framework. All employees receive complimentary golf and 50% off food items.
We are currently seeking applicants who are available weekends especially.

- Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry supplies as needed
Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails preferred
- Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol in the State of Michigan
