Beverage Cart Attendant
Bahle Farms is looking for a friendly beverage cart attendant to serve beverages and snacks throughout the golf course. Drinks being served will range from beer, wine, mixed drinks, and fountain drinks.
The beverage cart attendant role will begin in May with training starting in April and runs through October 31st. Training will consist of learning safe serve practices governed by the state of Michigan and cart/safe route operation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuvering around the course with minimal distraction to golfers
- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Process payment from customers
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Ability to identify signs of intoxication and help customers enjoy beverages responsibly.
- Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Keep track of inventory levels and report to managers when necessary.
Work Hours and Benefits:
Shifts are approximately 9:30am-4:30pm. In the early season the shifts will likely be Thurs-Sun then open up to full week during peak season. All employees receive complimentary golf and 50% off food items.

Short Order Cook
Bahle Farms is looking for energetic short order Cook(s) for our clubhouse kitchen. As Bahle Farms increases its food and beverage offerings, we are looking for a strong, self-motivated person to join our kitchen team.
This is a seasonal position starting weekends only April 28th up until Memorial Day. After Memorial Day, this position is daily. Training to begin in April.
Essential Responsibilities:
Set-up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare a variety of foods by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing
Cook food items by grilling and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
Cover, date and store all pieces and food prep items
Use food preparation tools in accordance with safety regulations
Always maintain a prepared and sanitary work area
Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices
Open/Close kitchen correctly and efficiently
Answer, report, and follow the Kitchen Manager’s instructions
Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
Work Hours and Benefits:
Shifts are approximately 9:30am-4:30pm daily with some weekends and holidays required. All employees receive complimentary golf and 50% off food items. Overtime is available.

Golf Shop/Front Desk
Bahle Farms is seeking a friendly pro shop/front desk attendant who will serve as the point of check-in for golfers. This position will also be responsible for the restocking and maintenance of the pro shop.
This position is a seasonal role and we are looking for applicants who are able to work the PM shift (1:00-9:00pm). It will begin in May with training to begin in April, and run through October 31st. Training will consist of front desk/check-in responsibilities, point-of-sale and retail operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Welcome golfers, check-in and process payments
- Guide and answer questions golfers may have
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with over-the-phone questions and reservations
- Be knowledgeable of and assist customers with retail merchandise
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Restock and log retail inventory
Work Hours and Benefits:
Shifts are 7:00am-1:00pm and 12:45-9:00pm with some weekends and holidays required. All employees receive complimentary golf and 50% off food items.
We are currently seeking applicants who are available afternoons and weekends especially.
